Meet Eileen
Eileen Matteh, BSN, RN
Hi, I’m Eileen Matteh, BSN, RN, founder of Adon Elyon Concierge Recovery Nursing.
For more than five years, I have cared for patients across plastic surgery, critical care, and perioperative nursing. I began my career at a premier Scottsdale plastic surgery practice, supporting patients through preoperative preparation, surgery, and PACU recovery. I later expanded my experience at Mayo Clinic, caring for critically ill patients in the multidisciplinary ICU and working in the preoperative and PACU departments.
These experiences taught me how to recognize subtle changes, respond calmly, and anticipate what a patient may need before they know how to ask. They also showed me that excellent surgical care should not end when a patient is discharged.
That realization inspired me to create Adon Elyon, a concierge nursing service designed to bring experienced, one-on-one care into the comfort and privacy of each patient’s home.
My goal is to help patients recovering from cosmetic and reconstructive procedures feel safe, prepared, and genuinely supported throughout the healing process.
